Needs Determination; Topology and infrastructure projects are carried out in accordance with customer demands (number of points, bandwidth, etc.).
Establishing Infrastructure; Infrastructure installation is carried out at the center and end points.
Establishment of the Center; Necessary devices are provided on the infrastructure established at the center and are customized and operated in line with the demands of the Institution.
Delivery of Service; Service delivery begins after the central and endpoint infrastructure and device installations are completed.
Service Tracking and Operation; Once service delivery begins, business continuity is ensured by monitoring the system 24/7. In cases where remote or on-site intervention is required, the necessary support is provided by an expert team.
